LSZ Series Stranded wire welding guns

STRECKER offers a comprehensive range of LSZ series stranded wire welding guns. LSZ welding machines are designed for the effective joining of copper stranded wires using tubes. The welding head and machine housing are connected by a flexible cable and enable welding in the production line.

With one clamping jaw for the complete welding range and the smallest possible single-wire setups for high-strength alloys, we meet the highest requirements, for example, for the automotive industry. The result is a homogeneous, pore- and burr-free connection.

This process calls for the stranded wire ends to be placed into a glass or ceramic tube so that the ends touch. Ceramic is the material of first choice here. Chamfering of the bore can be easily done on the machine. As a rule, we use glass tubes for a stranded wire diameter of < 1.00 mm.
